Spare a thought for Jim and Jo

I just wanted you to know that my friend and client Jim O'Grady, whom some of you know from Practitioner and Master Practitioner courses, was involved in a serious car accident near Dumfries on Wednesday Dec 20th. He is in intensive care, more as a precautionary measure, but his carer Jo, and her sister who was also in the car, both lost their lives. Many of you knew Jo too, because she devoted her time to always being by Jim's side and caring for him in every way possible.

I'd like to ask you to spare some thoughts and good wishes for them all, and let's focus on Jim recovering quickly and easily. He's a fighter, and as stubborn as an ox, so lets hope that gives him an advantage in his recovery.

The first thing that came to mind when I got the news was the book "When Bad Things Happen To Good People" by Rabbi Kushner.

What I'm feeling right now is hard to put into words. I keep hearing the word "wrong". And so close to Christmas too - apparently they were on their way to Jim's sister's 80th birthday party.

So whatever you're doing over Christmas and New Year, spare a minute or two to send them all some positive energy.

Thank you

Miracles on Demand completes the year...

Thanks to everyone on "Miracles on Demand" this week - a really sweet and evolved way to officially end my training year of 2006. Our weather control finally worked! Friday is gorgeous! Pity it's a day late!

And thanks to Phil on the course for the following comment:

Again many thanks for the course.

The first day in itself was worth coming as it vastly improved the
framework I had, and included things, such as Na, which I guessed were in
there, but had not read about. As an ex aikidoist this is particularly
important that the concept of centering is included in the Kahuna name.

I wonder if any of the others on the course really appreciate how much and
how long they could have studied metaphysics without coming up with the
quality of understanding and knowledge you gave on the course.

Aberdeen Master Pracs

Is there one of us in Aberdeen? I have some indication of work and I feel Aberdeen is just a bit beyond my geographical scope on a regular basis. I'd be happy to have a chat about it. Jackie

Hi team - need some help - anyone any experience

of finding that someone's unconscious doesn't want to come out and play?? I have a client who has previously been treated badly by a therapist and was left back at age 4 in traumatic circumstances - he ended up in hospital.

He is keen to get rid of his ASFG with timeline. I started by using the human pendulum to get the root cause. At the first question I asked the normal - is it ok with your unconscious mind to let this go blah blah. It said no. Quite emphatically. I then went on to the various other questions raising the point that by hanging onto it, it was going against the Prime Directives of the unconscious mind blah blah. I still got no even though it recognised that it was in conflict. I asked for the reason and it appeared (through his voice) to fear of going back to hospital.

I thanked the uncon for its co-operation and assured it that all would be done safely quickly and easily. Then I brought client back to sit down.

He was very surprised at what happened and I continued to re-assure him that we had had a good result and asked him to communicate with his uncon more often so that it felt more secure.

I am intending doing some hypnosis next time, some healing scripts and some which alleviate the fear of letting go.

Has anyone come across anything like this before and is there any advice as to how I would be best dealing with it??

Many thanks. Jackie
